Referral terms

The referral program is offered by Cloover sustainability AB (hereinafter: "CLOOVER") to users who have created an account (the "Users") on the websites cloover.co, cloover.com, cloover.fr, cloover.de, cloover.se, cloover.ch (the "Site") and allows them to receive a commission for every referred customer.

Definitions "Referrer" means the User who has created an account on the Site using the registration link or the registration code of the Sponsor.

"Sponsor": refers to the User who has an account on the Site, whose registration link or registration code was used by the Referrer to create an account on the Site.

"Registration Link/Registration Code" means the unique URL/code that allows a User to be identified at the time of account creation on the Site as the referral of another Member.

Purpose of the program The Site proposes a sponsorship offer which remunerates the Sponsor for a total amount of EUR 500 if the sponsored Member becomes a customer using the Sponsor’s Registration Link/Registration Code.

Conditions to be respected By the Sponsor
The Sponsor must not be a qualified investor or engage in investment consulting activities.

The Sponsor agrees not to broadcast any paid advertisement (all channels combined) with the aim of exposing their sponsorship code.

If the Sponsor has several Accounts, he/she can only benefit from the sponsorship offer through one of his/her Accounts.

By the Referrer
The Referred Friend must not have an existing account on the Site before registering using the registration link/registration code of the Referrer.

Payment of the referral reward The referral reward is normally paid monthly directly into the Referrer's and Referrer's wallet at the same time as the rental payments are made. However, CLOOVER reserves the right to pay the referral reward within 6 months of eligibility.
The referral reward may be invalidated if the Referrer and/or the Referred Friend have not complied with the terms and conditions of the referral program.

Furthermore, CLOOVER reserves the right to terminate any ongoing referral offer without prior notice to Users.

It is the responsibility of the Sponsor/Guest to declare the income from the sponsorship according to the tax rules applicable to them.

Final Provisions These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between Sponsor, Referrer and CLOOVER with respect to the provision of services to be performed hereunder and supersede all prior agreements and undertakings, whether written or oral.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Stockholm.
